What services do you provide?

Jane Reaction is a full service graphic design and branding studio. I work with a variety of creative professionals to develop and realize their business/project identity. I specialize in branding and logo development and love to help creative entrepreneurs build a cohesive recognizable brand. I also work on editorial projects and design for the web.

The most popular service I provide for creative professionals is a branding and positioning package called the Style Guide. Clients interested in having a style guide created for them are seeking a professional and cohesive brand identity to help them launch their business and give their customers a memorable experience. The Style Guide process starts with brand visioning and an overall design consultation. I will walk you through some easy branding excersizes and help you create a visual moodboard using Pinterest. You can then sit back while I bring your brand and visual identity to life. We will go over the branding materials and style guide that I design together at which point you will have the oppertunity to request specific changes or modifications. Once all design materials have been approved I will send you all high resolution logo files, relevant design materials, fonts, patterns and a Digital PDF outlining your brand identity. This will give you a strong branding position moving forward which will empower you to create any and all future branding materials that your business might need.

What do you charge?

Because every project is different every quote will be customized to fit that particular need. Please email me with a description of your project and I will get back to you with an estimated project timeline and quote.

After I contact you with a project what happens next?

It might take 2 to 3 days to respond to your project request because of the high volume of in coming emails. I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can with a project scope, timeline and quote. I am currently booking 2 to 3 months in advance so please keep that in mind if you are on a tight schedule. If I think we are a good fit I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

How do you accept payments?

The easiest way to receive payments is through Paypal (and can be submitted to erinjane85@gmail.com). Other forms of payment will be considered - please inquire about personal checks. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment must be received in full before the project will begin.

Do you take on every project presented request?

No. Sometimes my schedule is too full. Sometimes I will not be available for a project until a later date. And sometimes I feel that your project requires a different set of skills than I can provide you with, in which case I will do my best to refer you elsewhere.
